About This Project

Kitchen lifestyle photography in China focuses on traditional foods, from their sauces and spices to the ingredients used. It can also highlight some of the more interesting ingredients, such as bird’s nest, a Chinese delicacy made out of hardened saliva that is often served as a soup. The photography can also explore how these ingredients are used, such as how they are prepared and cooked, along with details about the cooking process. Additionally, the photos can show how people interact with the food, whether it is eating it or preparing it.
